Why supervision ?
The integrative “cognition-psyche-body-mind” approach affirms the inherent value of the individual and implements the tools and conditions to make him or her whole and fully author. It is mainly a work on posture on these four levels.
Supervision is an approach undertaken by any coach who places ethics at the center of his/her practice; it is not only a question of coaching the coach or even a “meta-coaching”, but of helping the coach to continue to build his/her framework of reference and consolidate his/her achievements, with new building blocks – tools, learning, relationship work. This is a work of awareness and if necessary a reorientation of the interaction of the coach and his coachee or client, of the rhythm he/she sets with his/her client – to make him/her aware of his areas of discomfort and help him/her to explore his/her blind spots. In a structured and benevolent framework, the coach develops his/her posture, finds his/her place, his/her specificity. Personalized conditions are in place so that the coach’s creativity can flourish and he/she can develop a larger level of consciousness.
